“What can I say The most complete company offering unrivalled sales and service. Nothing was too complicated from booking an engineer right through to the finished job. Glotech handled everything so professionally I knew I was in good hands which gave me a lot of confidence that the repair was 100% and completely satisfactory, at no point did I stress that anything was going to go wrong because it was Glotech! Astonishing service! Highly recommend. THANK YOU GLOTECH”

“Found company online after my Built in Oven kept Fusing all the electrics. Ben the Engineer arrived and diagnosed the problem. Due to the Oven was of an older model he didn't have the part and had to order it. This only took a few days and he returned and did the repair. Although there was a call out fee this covered his return visit and the only additional charge was the spare Part. I was very impressed with the Service and the Cost and would recommend the company..”

“One of our two rather ancient Siemens ovens blew up. Rang Glo Tech - they rang back quickly to arrange an appointment. An engineer arrived, diagnosed the problem which needed spares. We had a call shortly after to tell us how much the spares would be and to tell us that the fitting of the spares would be covered by our initial call out charge. Brilliant. Efficient. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“I would definitely recommend Glotech Repairs for their prompt and efficient service. Customer Servuce is quick to reply to emails. The engineer phones just before his arrival to say he is on his way which is helpful. Engineers are polite and knowledgeable.”

“Booked my appointment on Sunday, with the technician due to arrive on Thursday. I received a confirmation text he was en-route on Thursday and then a call. He arrived and promptly and efficiently fixed my dishwasher and was courteous and just overall nice throughout. Having tried to contact other repair companies Glotech were the only one who actually sorted the appointment. Overall I'm really pleased with their services from booking, to fixing the issue.. thank you”

“Although l had my appointment for my repair cancelled , when the engineer arrived on the second appointment , he was professional and did a good job . He was quick and efficient and respected my property . My Neff oven after having a new element is working perfectly now and the oven light which kept going off and on now stays on when cooking . I am very pleased with the outcome and would call them out for any future breakdowns .”

“My Neff oven stopped working and I contacted Glotech and they set up the appointments for this morning. The engineer Waheem telephoned in advance,diagnosed the issue and fitted a spare part straight away. A brilliant service with great communication - thankyou !”
