“I was very pleased with the Glotech service. All throughout communication was clear and prompt, and both the engineers that attended our house were polite, friendly and efficient, and fixed the issue with our Miele dishwasher. Would definitely use Glotech again.”

“Professional skills, excellent service, friendly team. The quickly way to founded and sort out the issue with my washing machine Bosch win the gold medal for the engineers at professional level . “Excellent service all round. Appointment made easily and quickly. Engineer arrived on time. Sorted the problem very quickly and advised me on best way to defrost the fridge freezer - which was the solution to 3 problems I had. I would certainly recommend them.”

“I had excellent service from the Glotech engineers who attended, particularly Paul who came twice. He spent some considerable time assessing and solving the problem with my American fridge freezer, which appears to have been successful. He also arranged for return and reimbursement of an unused part. Service team were always friendly and helpful”

“This was my first experience with GloTech and I have to say they were amazing. From the very knowledgable and helpful Peter who answered the phone at 9.30am and booked my engineer visit in, to the very capable and helpful Alex who arrived around 1pm to try and fix my washing machine. The quality of their staff, exceptional service levels and overall standards are a credit to the company. Alex sadly had to give my machine the last rites as both the control panel and motor had gone. He worked carefully and methodically through the issues, was tidy and respectful of our home and I can’t fault him in any way. Alex even asked the office team to contact me to discuss a replacement which they did only half an hour after he left. From my experience I can highly recommend Glotech.”
