“Info regarding costs and visit by repairer both clear and accurate. Repairer rang to advise time of arrival and clearly was professional in carrying out the repair. Very satisfied.”

“My dishwasher had stopped heating up. Glotech answered the phone when we called to enquire. One price for call-outs and Labour, there are no surprises, you just then pay for any parts needed. The engineer turned up as planned, a friendly and helpful guy. Replaced the heating element there and then and also cleaned a blocked-up part he noticed. The charge for the part was very reasonable and cheaper than i had seen it online. Recommend and would definitely use again.”

“Very pleased with the service. You should promote the fact that repairing white goods prevents them from going into landfill. I would definitely use your services again. The engineer was very helpful with a very good manner”

“The appointment was changed from the original online booking which was a surprise as it had already been confirmed. It was very easy to sort out over the phone however and was then booked for a convenient time. The repairer turned up on time and carried out a successful repair very quickly.”

“I was very pleased that I had chosen this Company to mend my washing machine! I phoned them at the end of the Friday 5th May. They said they would come as soon as possible on the Tuesday (Monday was a Bank Holiday) and they did! The repair was done efficiently and it was explained to me how I could avoid it happening and also mend it myself in future to save money!! They were very courteous, reasonably priced, and efficient. I will definitely use them again if I need a repair - they are in my address book now!”
