“The engineer was very polite and gave me some sound advice My machine was on a recall , I had registered, but had not received Any information from whirlpool and I am due a replacement machine I would not hesitate to call you in the future”

“The engineer came for 8am (yippee - never been first for repairs before). He was jovial and interested in the job and the client. Nothing was too much trouble. I was pleased I had the man for the job. If necessary, (and I hope not soon) I would book another job with Glotech.”

“The engineer talked me through the washing machine problem on the phone and advised me how to fix it, it now works beautifully. Despite making a loud squeaking noise when the drum rotated the problem was solved by cleaning out fluff between the rubber seal and drum.”
