“Engineer called half an hour before he arrived. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Took him about 20 to diagnose that the tablet dispenser on my dishwasher was faulty and tripping the electrics and needed replacing. The company sourced the part within a few days and the engineer returned to fit it a couple of days later once I had agreed on a date with the office. I wasn't charged labour for the follow-up visit and (after checking) the price charged for the part was the same as I could have bought myself online. Good service.”

“Your engineer turned up on time,well presented,polite and professional. I explained the problem.He identified the defect.Replaced the worn motor brushes.Tested the machine,left the site in a clean and tidy state.”
