“Excellent to deal with. Very efficient and helpful on the phone, and considerably cheaper than the big manufacturers. Paul was the engineer who fixed our fridge freezer. He recognised the problem immediately and fixed it. We thought we would have to buy a new one so he saved us several hundred pounds!”

“Thank you for sending Mustafa to me. Not only did he deal with my old Bosch fridge/freezer successfully but he was also friendly and polite and very helpful in explaining to me,an eiderly lady of 83y of age,how the appliace works. R Milner”

“Phoned Glotech when Tumble dryer stopped spinning - recognised as broken belt. Came and repaired very quickly and Adam was very efficient and cleaned up after him. Bonus was that he also arrived an hour before the scheduled time slot. Would certainly return if needed and recommend to friends and family.”

“I found Glotech advert locally. Goltech reaction was prompt and effective. Once the date was agreed the engineer arrived on time and was efficient in fixing the problem having brought the anticipated replacement part with him. Well pleased. Price competitive.”

“Initial contact to book appointment was very efficient and helpful. Price offered was acceptable. Engineer came early, was clean, knowledeable and diagnosed fault quickly so have no hesitation in recommending this company if you have problems with your white goods”
