“Second year we’ve used this Company, never had a claim so can’t comment on that. It’s good that they don’t make a fuss about pre existing medical conditions. I only wish they would include those of us undergoing cancer treatment, well it is now 1 in 3 people. Maybe one day we will be treated the same, but obviously not yet. At least we can exclude it with this Company.”

“All I wanted was a QUOTE for travel insurance for myself and my partner who had a pre-existing medical condition. But you wouldn't allow me to get just a simple quote because you had to get him to talk on the phone even though I know all of the details of his condition. He works long days and is unable to be on the phone at work. Ridiculous.”

Due to the recent changes in the use of personal data and data protection the medical screening team will need to speak to person the medical screening is for to confirm authorisation so that the caller can answer the medical questions on their behalf or go through the screening directly with the customer personally.

We are sorry you found the renewal procedure not as simple as we hoped, we do include a link on the renewal email letters that takes you directly to the website for easier renewal log in or you have the option of giving us a quick call here and we can do the renewal for you.
