“Easy to provide details. However we have been with globelink before and they have insured my wife's condition on three previous occassions but not this time, for some reason. However we are still going with them, because they are the cheapest we found.”

“Globelink got my age wrong in the certificate twice. The first time I thought I made a mistake and input the wrong date but then the second time it still put the age 26 rather 27 in the certificate. I need this document for a visa application and obviously can not go with the wrong details. I will not be using this service again and ideally would like a refund for two incorrect certificates.”

Thanks for the feedback. Your Insurance Certificate will state your Age as at the date of Issue. So your age as it is today. It looks like the age on your Certificate is correct given the date of birth you provided. If you prefer, we can provide a full refund on one or both Certificates within 14 days of purchase (provided you haven’t travelled yet). “It seem to be a very straightforward policy covering common sense basics. However could you please address your common ailments list and add Haemorrhoids without liver problems because it is a pain in the ...................having to ring up for something so common and non life threatening.”

“I found it easy and straight forward to set up my multi-visit annual travel insurance policy. This is my second year with Globelink and they wrote a reminder a month before the previous policy expired so it gave me plenty of time to chose the moment when I was ready to renew.”

“This is the second time time I have used Globelink. The online application was simple and also illness covered was the most extensive I have seen. That is great news for Seniors. Also expats. There are lots of options to choose from and also the medical screening phone call that I chose to do was also easy but thorough. Very courteous service.”
