All I wanted was a QUOTE for travel insurance for myself and my partner who had a pre-existing medical condition. But you wouldn't allow me to get just a simple quote because you had to get him to talk on the phone even though I know all of the details of his condition. He works long days and is unable to be on the phone at work. Ridiculous.
