“After an extended warranty insurance company rip-off, we were desperate to get a van quickly, so I gave Ryan at Global a call. He responded quickly, professionally, and friendly. He found us a dealo quickly and in exactly 3 weeks our new van arrived. All the staff I dealt with at global were helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.”

“So here we go again, fingers crossed we are not stood up today. I wrote on Friday saying how badly let we had been when the vehicle had not been collected at the arranged day/time. Global Vans work along side "very closely" (according to staff) with a finance company called LeasePlan UK Limited. Sadly when you give them a concern to look into not even Global Vans can't even get communications from LeasePlan. We have sent dozens of emails over a long period of time to LeasePlan & not one has had a response other than an automated case number! Today is the second day we have been told the van will be collected, watch this space because if by 5pm that has not happened we will feedback accordingly. Just be aware that you will be totally ignored and forgotten once they have your money, the after sales is as bad as it gets. Global Vans / LeasePlane = a very poor customer service guys. One will blame the other & unless you are prepared to stick by your guns and fight for your consumer rights they will bully you by silence into submission. Oh and look very closely at the vehicle registration date because they may try to get you to MOT the vehicle early (they did us, we had a 3 year lease) to save them the expense. £55/65 not a huge outlay as an individual payment but just imagine that multiplied a couple of hundred thousand and its a colossal sum of money!”

Hi Rob, thank you for your feedback. We will always assist as much as we can in arranging end of lease vehicle collections but ultimately it's arranged by the leasing company and their collection agents. If we can be of any further help please just us know.

“I phoned global vans and spoke to Taylor, I was interested in the transit custom, went through the options, signed the finance documents electronically, paid the deposit, van arrived exactly as specified it couldn’t have been easier.”

“As soon as you notify that your not going to continue the communication stops. No notification of recall on van, which cost us two days labour and £270 in unnecessary repairs. They refuse to help! Currently waiting to see if they turn up to collect van in the time slot they have dictated - now 1 hour 20 mins outside their window & all they can do is tell me to wait until Monday (it is Friday now) as they can't get hold of the driver's company that are supposed to be collecting the van! They can't access any details on my account because the girl that arranged the collection and her mangers are ALL off. Without asking my name or any details they confirmed to me the vehicle registration! No access to my account my ar--!”

“As my van broke down and is an essential part of my business I didn’t know what to do next as I have never leased a vehicle before. Olivier was fantastic and found me a great van at a very affordable price. He even done all he could to make sure it went through as quickly as possible. Olivier surpassed all my expectations and I’m extremely happy that I chose global vans. Will recommend to all friends and family without hesitation Thanks olivier”
