“Charlie Ridler at global van is an exceptional worker. Global van should be very proud to have him on board. He is very thorough and diligent. He took time to listen to our needs and delivered exactly what we wanted. It was so hard finding a vehicle but he always had us in mind and as soon as one become available he contacted me and made it happen. We can’t thank him enough for what he’s done for our little business.”

“Cannot fault this company wot so ever any questions I had were answered prompt was told exzactly how much I would be paying no hidden costs and was promised November delivery and that’s wot I have exactly been given and the sales person Brahim Naimi Can not fault him one bit very nice person to deal with also Kate hughs sales support also the insurance team made things quick and simple thank you again”

“Great help toget you to buy van or vans but awful customer services along the way with issues over the plan years every time lawful arrogant unhelpful staff. Don’t be fooled by there nice helpful way before as they want yr Buisness but once you have signed sealed and delivered they don’t want to know with anything and do not contact you back as they always fob u off and you have to argue to get anywhere. Especiallly Justin who was very rude to my wife and totally Not proffesional. And messed up our re finance on one van and basically told my wife tuff”

I've had a look at your file and spoken to Justin, I can see you leased a van back in 2014, I can see some communications over the past seven years and a recent conversation where we were unable to help with your request. “I needed to order two vans quickly and was recommended to Global by a relative. Let’s just say I won’t go anywhere else now. The service, the patience that they showed when I changed my mind about make and model was great. Jake Meek put my mind at rest that the vans would arrive on time. He dealt with everything from start to finish professionally and was easy to talk to. He called me with regular updates and I’m pleased to say that both vans are great. Thanks Jake and thanks Global.”
