“Bought my van from Global Vans today and honestly couldn’t be happier. Harry sorted everything out for me and made the whole process super easy from start to finish. Really transparent, no pushy sales talk, and the price was spot on. Everything went smoothly and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new van!”

“Sorry to say I had a really bad experience with Global Van Solutions, especially dealing with Dylan Evans. Before I booked, Dylan kept calling me almost every day until I finally agreed. He promised I would get the van within a week and even congratulated me after I made the booking. But after that, everything changed — he started acting like the busiest person on earth. I kept calling and messaging him multiple times, and he never picked up or replied. I also tried to ask about the insurance details, but got no response at all. The communication and customer service have been absolutely terrible. It feels like once they get your booking, they just stop caring. Customer service: 1/5 – No replies, no updates Delivery: Still waiting, despite being promised within a week Price: Fair, but not worth the stress Returns & refunds: Haven’t reached that stage yet, but not confident based on my experience Overall, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.”
