“Epic heatwave and everywhere had sold out of the fan I wanted to keep my grandchildren cool and safe. Gerald Giles not only had the thing I wanted, they had two! So I treated myself to one as well and have never been more glad of an impulse purchase than when the fans arrived so quickly and in time to save us all from the intense midday heat. Such a quick turnaround. I am delighted that I found an independent electrical goods store who can deliver sought after products within such an efficient timescale. That’s it now… anything electrical that breaks (and can’t be fixed) we will come to you first for replacements. Thank you from a very happy and cool customer.”

“I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for repairs or purchases. I have used them for both over the years. I have had excellent service every time. It’s lovely to talk direct to someone and it makes everything so straightforward and easy. My latest being - a freezer breakdown - a telephone call to David at Blofield office at 9 a.m., new freezer ordered, delivery arranged for next day - they actually managed to get one to me in 6 hours. How good is that. A big Thank You. Karen Turner”

“The service I recieved after i emailed your norwich branch from a lady called (Shani I think) Was great, My fridge broke, I was looking to replace it the same day and emailed the store, Within 5 minuits I recieved a call, explained the situation and the store had organised it so i could collect the same day even being a staurday and the wearhouse had limited staff. This was organised all within around half an hour ! I would reccomend this company to my friends and family without hesitation.”

“When you invest in high quality like Meile it always good to get matching high quality service from Snellings I want to say how incredibly impressed i am With the whole service from my initial phone call right through to a service visit. Jo was incredibly helpful in booking a suitable time to fit in with my busy diary. Dylon the technician who sorted everything for us, is a happy young man who clearly enjoys his work. Its always a pleasure to see the pride & care he takes with our home & we highly recommend Snellings to anyone wanting a job done well first time. 5* plus”
