“Your service was quick and efficient - and you were the only company locally that was able to stop off a gas supply and install an electrical conduction hob and oven at the same time. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the Blomberg oven you provided was definitely NOT up to scratch - but you removed it and refunded me, again quickly. It's a pity you weren't able to supply the hob and oven I had originally wanted due to 'supply issues', even though they were available from other retailers.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable Sales Assistant in Gerald Giles. Purchased a Samsung TV. Paid for home delivery and set up. Only comment I would make is that a little more help with connecting TV to internet would have been great, although I concede this is probably not included as standard. However, I did manage this connection myself after a few days and getting used to the Settings on the TV.”

“It is some years since purchasing an appliance from Gerald Giles. I was pleased to see an excellent selection on their website with very competitive prices. Delivery service was excellent. We are very pleased with the quality of the appliance purchased. Staff kept us informed with progress of order. An extremely good experience with this company. Experience far better than with larger company on opposite side of Ber Street! Well done Gerald Giles. We hope to be back soon.”
