“First time using this online retialer, no problems with ordering, query with the courier for next-day delivery - customer service sorted immediately and refunded the charge for that element. Friendly and polite and responded quickly, will use again as some items are hard to get hold of Miele website!”

We can see at the point of your ordering this item we were expecting stock to arrive within a few days as was stated on our website. There was then a three week delay announced which unfortunately we had no control over, and which we informed you of without delay. I am sorry on this occasion we were unable to fulfil your order.
