“Superb service and I thought the curtesy call the day after the purchase about not being in its original box was a nice touch. I have not installed it yet as one power leads is missing but I think I have a spare somewhere. But yes very pleased. Would definitely deal with you again.”

“Unfortunately the unit arrived but was not functioning correctly. The business tried to support technically and offered replacement units as one selected was ex display and out of stock. Decision made to send back and refund. Would not deter me from using then again”

“ordered on line and transaction was carried out exactly as told I was rung the next morning and a delivery slot agreed and my mother was rung half an hour before delivery, delivery men unpacked and sited fridge in agreed position”

“After receiving helpful advice on the telephone, ordered Miele vac bags and accessories which arrived well boxed and within the delivery time advised. As well as the crevice nozzle, we also ordered vac dust bags which came with a free swivel brush. I had occasion to speak to one of your assistants about the swivel brush which we found to be very difficult to "swivel". Your assistant was friendly but couldn't advise until next day. However, we found that after applying a little lubricant, we managed to move the joints, so no further phone calls needed.”
