“The item was listed as available but it wasn't in stock. Instant communication was made once the order was placed with offer of a refund. But it would have been helpful had the website showed accurate information before the purchase button was pressed. It was a very polite interchange, nonetheless.”

“Thank you for your outstanding service. I ordered a glass bowl for a KitchenAid Artisan Food Mixer on 10th August and received the item this morning, Friday 12th - having delayed delivery from the offered Thursday 11th. I am delighted with my purchase (which was a staggering £40 less than KitchenAid's recommended price!). “Excellent service in the old fashioned way, the engineer was top notch attended to a sound problem while he was there I mentioned we could not get our hard drive recorder to work with tv so we disconnected it and going to scrap it as it was old, he said it should work try it again we tried after he left but same problem, we rang back and left message engineer rang back and guided us through a number of tests to do outcome success faulty lead was the problem he even popped in a few days later with a new RF lead”

“Very prompt delivery and fitting despite an issue regarding the tile floor having been laid too close to the old dishwasher making it impossible to remove the old machine. Matter resolved and they returned to complete the fitting.”
