“the vacuum cleaner is fine and was dispatched on time, UNFORTUNATELY THEY CHOSE TO USE DHL TO DELIVER IT, THEY DELIVERED TO A HOUSE ON A DIFFERENT ROAD WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER ABOUT HALF A MILE AWAY THEN IGNORED US WHEN WE COMPLAINED.”

“The item was listed as available but it wasn't in stock. Instant communication was made once the order was placed with offer of a refund. But it would have been helpful had the website showed accurate information before the purchase button was pressed. It was a very polite interchange, nonetheless.”

“As I wanted to collect my item locally it was no problem. The staff on the phone and in store at Snellings were very helpful and good. Shall use again as I appreciated their willingness to accommodate me.”

“Your service was quick and efficient - and you were the only company locally that was able to stop off a gas supply and install an electrical conduction hob and oven at the same time. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the Blomberg oven you provided was definitely NOT up to scratch - but you removed it and refunded me, again quickly. It's a pity you weren't able to supply the hob and oven I had originally wanted due to 'supply issues', even though they were available from other retailers.”

“Not happy that I had to argue to get the delivery as stated on my on-line order, but got it agreed and delivery was as expected. The machine wasn't put in exactly as needed, but a friend helped get it right - I have a very small kitchen and it's tight between washing machine and cooker for both to be able to be opened - the door dimensions of the washing machine would be helpful!!!”
