“Genuine product, prompt delivery, slight damage to boxes, no damage to the product inside. This is the only reason for 4-stars. Best price so far online. Thank you.”

“Product is excellent. Service was great. Packaged very well so arrived safely. The reason for loosing a star is because you can’t open the package easily at all. No thought given to that. If you are frail or have arthritis in your hands etc you will like me have to ask someone else to open it. And I had to wait and ask my husband who said as he was trying to open it, imagine a frail older person trying to open this, he had to tear the box open.”

“The discount on the product is great and delivery was speedy. It's just when I usually spend this sort of money, postage is free. Having to pay for postage cancelled out the discount.”

“Efficient and product always arrives in good condition and on time. However couldn't give 5* because section for code for 20% could not be seen at checkout. I therefore missed out on this.”

“Overall happy. I was sent an item which had been returned by a customer and arrived to me dirty. However after a very apologetic email we decided to keep the hoover and was refunded delivery and had it at a reduced price. Even with this mistake I was very happy with service and the quick resolution to the issue.”
