“Efficient and product always arrives in good condition and on time. However couldn't give 5* because section for code for 20% could not be seen at checkout. I therefore missed out on this.”

“Overall happy. I was sent an item which had been returned by a customer and arrived to me dirty. However after a very apologetic email we decided to keep the hoover and was refunded delivery and had it at a reduced price. Even with this mistake I was very happy with service and the quick resolution to the issue.”

“After paying £98 for a call out visit to look at my Microwave/0ven ,which I had to chase for, I was given a repair price of £600. I then asked about price for a replacement seal for my double oven. I was given a cost of £240 - which seemed a lot but I need this oven working at full capacity so I said to go ahead please with the seal only and order. To date, I have heard absolutely nothing more from them - now over a month on. Not very happy with the service- not what I expected from Gerald Giles/Snelling’s who we use as they are local and like to support local businesses. Having explained about the delay and fitting the new seal for free I am now satisfied with their response.”

“I was very pleased with my purchase of the bosch kettle. However, it has the same problem as a lot of other kettles, namely that although the quantity of water is well marked on the side, unless you hold the kettle up to the light you cannot easily see the level of water in the kettle which is a bit of a pain. Other than that we are pleased with the purchase.”

“Great service and delivered quickly. Called them to ask a little advice which was expertly explained with a nice demeanour. Just a little disappointed hence the four stars instead of five because my system is still sat here waiting on the speaker rear stands. Ordered them a day after but they are already two days late. DHL at fault I think but Snellings still emailed me to apologise. Great service. Keep it up guys. I’m based in Manchester but always come to you for my tech purchases. Thanks, PL Farrell.”
