After paying £98 for a call out visit to look at my Microwave/0ven ,which I had to chase for, I was given a repair price of £600. I then asked about price for a replacement seal for my double oven. I was given a cost of £240 - which seemed a lot but I need this oven working at full capacity so I said to go ahead please with the seal only and order. To date, I have heard absolutely nothing more from them - now over a month on. Not very happy with the service- not what I expected from Gerald Giles/Snelling’s who we use as they are local and like to support local businesses. Having explained about the delay and fitting the new seal for free I am now satisfied with their response.
