“Excellent service. The item was delivered on time, well packaged and was as described on the website. I cannot comment on any aspects of communication with the company as I did not need to contact them but if their customer service is as efficient as their dispatch there will be no problem.”

“I ordered some Miele detergent on 21 December which was shipped promptly. Unfortunately DHL lost the package and despite giving them time to redeliver over the Christmas period I never received it. I contacted Gerald Giles be email and they immediately called me to discuss the problem and then sent out a replacement which I received within 2 days. Excellent customer service. It's a delight to be able to speak to a real person who can resolve your problem quickly unlike many other organisations I have to deal with. Full marks for excellent customer service.”
