“The water filter arrived super quick, but it was then I realised I had ordered the wrong part (100% my fault), but the customer service is outstanding (thank you Phil), and the swap for the correct part number (once I'd put my glasses on!) is now underway, and the wrong part is being returned. In the current world climate, it is sadly unusual to find a company that still puts the customer 1st, but I can honestly say this company does. Thank you, and well done for showing that customer service does still exist!!”
