“I ordered from Snellings as the item was in stock. Sometimes when you order direct from NEFF they don’t always stock it and the item has to come from Germany. The bonus was Snellings were slightly cheaper than NEFF and I received the item a day after I ordered, such a brilliant service.”

“A Google search for Miele cleaning products presented a result for Snellings. The items needed were in stock, at a competitive price. The website was informative and user-friendly, and delivery was extremely speedy, with excellent communication throughout.”

“Ordered 2 boxes (8 dust bags) for our Miele Classic 2 cleaner, online. Delivered by DHL a few days later. The bags are original Miele, not alternatives. No issues, so I will order again from this Seller in the future.”

“Brilliant service with a quick response for a convenient date to suit me. Washing machine could not be repaired but the engineer contacted Sales, I bought from stock in the shop and delivered and installed the same day. what a fantastic service and thrilled with my new Bosch which exactly suited my needs as the sales person was very knowledgeable about which model would best suit my needs and budget. Also great price.”

“Ordered the tray on the understanding that it would be next day delivery. The following day received an email saying that the order had been misplaced and woul be delivered the following day. Apart from that the service was ok but their fault meant that I was unable to use my microwave for 24 hours.”

“I ordered this amazing kettle as my old one broke .. my delivery arrived the next day packaged very well.. from ordering to delivery , was very easy and very punctual .. all the other same kettles were £20 more .. I couldn’t be happier .. will definitely use this company again”
