“Easy efficient on line transaction. Item was sold at a very competitive price. Kept up to date with dispatch details and item arrived promptly and when expected. Bought as a Christmas present for my daughter so unable to comment on actual product. Overall a very good service.”

“Good service and quality. However, the courier service left a lot to be desired. Unable to use their tracking service so missed the initial delivery. Rescheduled for the following day - did not arrive. Contacted courier and promised delivery next working day - did not arrive! Called courier and a delivery driver brought the parcel to me on his way home. Not the best - I wasted 2 full days waiting for this delivery.”

“Purchase of Miele Twin Dos liquid. I usually purchase from Miele direct, and invariably experience trouble navigating their website. 'Gerald Giles' was a new name to me, so I gave him a try.
