“I ordered some Miele detergent on 21 December which was shipped promptly. Unfortunately DHL lost the package and despite giving them time to redeliver over the Christmas period I never received it. I contacted Gerald Giles be email and they immediately called me to discuss the problem and then sent out a replacement which I received within 2 days. Excellent customer service. It's a delight to be able to speak to a real person who can resolve your problem quickly unlike many other organisations I have to deal with. Full marks for excellent customer service.”

“After ordering this item from another online filter shop and waiting 3 months (lots of messages back and forth about availability, then they said it had been delivered but hadn't etc), I ordered from Gerald Giles and it arrived within two days. Great price, great service.”
