Service was great.
Packaged very well so arrived safely.
The reason for loosing a star is because you can’t open the package easily at all. No thought given to that.
If you are frail or have arthritis in your hands etc you will like me have to ask someone else to open it. And I had to wait and ask my husband who said as he was trying to open it, imagine a frail older person trying to open this, he had to tear the box open.
