“Refuse the order because the delivery address and billing address is not the same and asked us to place a new order and the price has gone up £50”

Thanks for the review, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service. We may not have explained the reasons correctly. The advice from all card providers is to deliver to the cardholders billing address and when neither the main address nor the delivery address match the above, we will always advise the customer if they wish to re-input the sale or to cancel and refund the sale. By coincidence the promotion on your product had finished therefore the price had changed, if you would like to re-order on the website then we will honour the previous price, just give us a call on 01900 61767 when we are open and we will resolve it for you. Once again thanks for the review, we will try to get it right next time for all our customers

“Ordered a new freezer over the phone, William took my order. Told him the story of the previous freezer I purchased from Genesis. Turned out to be too small, but I'm keeping it and moving it to the garage. He advised me of the loss of warranty if I do so, as the freezer will not operate in very low temperatures. I am pleased for this advice, and will make a thermal cupboard for the freezer regardless of the warranty implications. hope i get my new freezer soon. Barbara Hunt”
