“Ordered a new freezer over the phone, William took my order. Told him the story of the previous freezer I purchased from Genesis. Turned out to be too small, but I'm keeping it and moving it to the garage. He advised me of the loss of warranty if I do so, as the freezer will not operate in very low temperatures. I am pleased for this advice, and will make a thermal cupboard for the freezer regardless of the warranty implications. hope i get my new freezer soon. Barbara Hunt”

“The assistants in the shop were very helpful. After placing our order for our fridge/freezer an appointment was given for a visit to make sure it would fit etc. The item was delivered and set in place the following week. This is not the first time we have used the firm...very pleased with the appliance and service received.”
