“Excellent service at our initial phone contact. Took time to clarify exactly what we wanted. Returned our call with confirmation of product availability in satisfyingly timely manner. Order process straightforward. Only downside being subsequent uncertainties with the originally agreed delivery date & time slot. But once scheduled, product was delivered to plan. Prompt service. Product was exactly what we had hoped for. Would use you again, and recommend!”

“Ordered a new freezer over the phone, William took my order. Told him the story of the previous freezer I purchased from Genesis. Turned out to be too small, but I'm keeping it and moving it to the garage. He advised me of the loss of warranty if I do so, as the freezer will not operate in very low temperatures. I am pleased for this advice, and will make a thermal cupboard for the freezer regardless of the warranty implications. hope i get my new freezer soon. Barbara Hunt”

“Your staff were good! Cooker had a dent in the side but was pointed out, then fan oven was very noisy so another visit was made the next day to put this right, and then my old cooker was mistakenly taken away but was returned immediately. All in all 7/10, but no bad feelings.”

“Could not fault the sale sale staff they did everything we asked,also we could not find fault with the kitchen company they used also the kitchen fitter, plumber and electrician were spot-on only one manufacturer let us do and would not use again. Many thanks”
