Thanks for the review, on the day of the order we explained to you that there was roughly a 2 weeks delay on this item. This was out of our control as Liebherr, like many other companies are experiencing lots of delays. However, you were kind enough to say that you would wait. We are expecting the fridge to be in stock early next week so therefore we can arrange a delivery for you once it arrives. Please bear with us and Liebherr as their products are well worth waiting for.

It doesn't do what its meant to do...it never dries the clothes & for a dryer thats just unacceptable.

Refuse the order because the delivery address and billing address is not the same and asked us to place a new order and the price has gone up £50

Thanks for the review, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service. We may not have explained the reasons correctly. The advice from all card providers is to deliver to the cardholders billing address and when neither the main address nor the delivery address match the above, we will always advise the customer if they wish to re-input the sale or to cancel and refund the sale. By coincidence the promotion on your product had finished therefore the price had changed, if you would like to re-order on the website then we will honour the previous price, just give us a call on 01900 61767 when we are open and we will resolve it for you. We picked the appliance we wanted online and spoke to the girl in the shop to explain where it would go and what it was replacing. We were told this would not be a problem. When they arrived to fit the appliance we were told they couldn’t do this and left. We spoke to the store to explain what had happened and we ended up sorting out the problem on our own. Would not use these again.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry for your experience. If it is a nationwide delivery we have to use couriers and without knowing if it is a built in appliance or freestanding unfortunately we can't explain why your delivery did not go ahead, please call us on 0190061767 so we can try and help and hopefully explain why this did not go ahead and stop it happening in the future.

Electricians came to survey the house to fit a rangemaster induction cooker. We were told the electric supply was fine but on proceeding to order the cooker, the salesman reviewed the survey and found that the electric supply was not suitable and we would need a a more powerful connection. No confidence in their service.

We are very pleased with the Montpellier gas cooker and fridge/freezer the delivery and fitting was very efficient and quick, we're just waiting for our washer/dryer now. Excellent service, Thanks a lot ,

Sales assistant very patient and helpful. Big thank you to the guys that delivered the appliance and fitted into place. Went over and above making alterations to kitchen units to ensure appliance could fitted immediately. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable helpful staff. I would highly recommend Genesis, they always go the extra mile. Customer service and communication was spot on- also price matched a larger online outlet for us and delivery was quick and efficient.

Would definitely recommend Genesis Workington Store. I recently bought a kitchen from them and was very impressed with helpful staff and fitters involved. Delighted with kitchen.
