Sorry to hear that, on this occasion we are just the repair agent for your product and unfortunately if you are not happy with your product you will need to speak to your retailer.

“We picked the appliance we wanted online and spoke to the girl in the shop to explain where it would go and what it was replacing. We were told this would not be a problem. When they arrived to fit the appliance we were told they couldn’t do this and left. We spoke to the store to explain what had happened and we ended up sorting out the problem on our own. Would not use these again.”

Thanks for the feedback and sorry for your experience. If it is a nationwide delivery we have to use couriers and without knowing if it is a built in appliance or freestanding unfortunately we can't explain why your delivery did not go ahead, please call us on 0190061767 so we can try and help and hopefully explain why this did not go ahead and stop it happening in the future.
