“Friendly and helpful personnel. However, the system for ensuring that orders arrive on time is unsatisfactory. It should not be left for the customer to contact the showroom to remind them that an item is due for delivery. Only then do the personnel start chasing up delivery.”

“Was told appliance was in stock, and a date for delivery was confirmed, recieved a phone call on the day of actual delivery and was told there was no stock of that particular item!”
