Poor customer service. I purchased a cooker and washing machine this year. Cooker knob damaged. Went in store and they didn't want to know. They directed me to the warranty company despite it being less than 6 months old. It's lne reason why I shopped local Needless to say for subsequent purchases I've gone to currys

Hi Mr Musgrave, We are sorry that you feel agrieved by your recent visit to us. One of our junior members of staff had followed our set procedure for the reporting faults on appliances, as per GDPR rules we ask for the consumer to phone through to the manufacturer especially in the first years warrantee. They then take all your personal information and ask for your preferences that we cannot answer on your behalf, with your reaction you seem to take the stance that we do not care, we do. Other retailiers like the one you mentioned in your review also have this same issue and would not do anything differently to ourselves. We now have our hands tied with many rules and regulations but normally we can find a way round them if we discuss it in a clam manner. Please see the definition from google for the GDPR rules that we have followed: GDPR rules require personal data to be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and for it to be limited to what is necessary for specific purposes. Organizations must also ensure the data is accurate, kept only as long as needed, and secured appropriately. Individuals have rights, including access, rectification, and erasure of their data, and must be informed about how their data is used. The right to be informed: Individuals have the right to be informed about how their data is collected and used. The right of access: Individuals can request a copy of the personal data an organization holds about them. The right to rectification: Individuals can request that incorrect data be corrected. There are lots more GDPR rules but you can now hopefully understand why we ask consumers to phone repairs though, we are sorry that you feel that we should'nt do this but our hands are tied. One of the management team will be in touch to see if you have this repair issue resolved

Order placed online on the 23th of January for an oven, that the website had told us was in stock and available for delivery. Only to hear AFTER I bought it that it wasn't actually in stock, not only that but it wouldn't end up being back in stock and delivered on the 5th April (72 days later) I was offered numerous times to pay more for the item id already bought and it could be sent quicker as they could get it from another source, this was not acceptable. Im very happy with my product, but I was very unhappy with the purchasing process and the time it took.

We stated the product as available to order on our site and i can understand your disappointment when the supplier kept on letting us down, which in turn meant we let you down. Thanks for the review, on the day of the order we explained to you that there was roughly a 2 weeks delay on this item. This was out of our control as Liebherr, like many other companies are experiencing lots of delays. However, you were kind enough to say that you would wait. We are expecting the fridge to be in stock early next week so therefore we can arrange a delivery for you once it arrives. Please bear with us and Liebherr as their products are well worth waiting for.

Refuse the order because the delivery address and billing address is not the same and asked us to place a new order and the price has gone up £50

Thanks for the review, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service. We may not have explained the reasons correctly. The advice from all card providers is to deliver to the cardholders billing address and when neither the main address nor the delivery address match the above, we will always advise the customer if they wish to re-input the sale or to cancel and refund the sale. By coincidence the promotion on your product had finished therefore the price had changed, if you would like to re-order on the website then we will honour the previous price, just give us a call on 01900 61767 when we are open and we will resolve it for you. Electricians came to survey the house to fit a rangemaster induction cooker. We were told the electric supply was fine but on proceeding to order the cooker, the salesman reviewed the survey and found that the electric supply was not suitable and we would need a a more powerful connection. No confidence in their service.
