“Excellent service at our initial phone contact. Took time to clarify exactly what we wanted. Returned our call with confirmation of product availability in satisfyingly timely manner. Order process straightforward. Only downside being subsequent uncertainties with the originally agreed delivery date & time slot. But once scheduled, product was delivered to plan. Prompt service. Product was exactly what we had hoped for. Would use you again, and recommend!”

Thanks for the review, we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service. We may not have explained the reasons correctly. The advice from all card providers is to deliver to the cardholders billing address and when neither the main address nor the delivery address match the above, we will always advise the customer if they wish to re-input the sale or to cancel and refund the sale. By coincidence the promotion on your product had finished therefore the price had changed, if you would like to re-order on the website then we will honour the previous price, just give us a call on 01900 61767 when we are open and we will resolve it for you.
