Ordered a new freezer over the phone, William took my order. Told him the story of the previous freezer I purchased from Genesis. Turned out to be too small, but I'm keeping it and moving it to the garage. He advised me of the loss of warranty if I do so, as the freezer will not operate in very low temperatures. I am pleased for this advice, and will make a thermal cupboard for the freezer regardless of the warranty implications. hope i get my new freezer soon. Barbara Hunt
