“Very happy with my new washer dryer. The standard of customer service I received with the purchase and the installation was exceptionally good and all of the staff were very professional and helpful. A much better experience than bigger retailers and the price was great.”

“I bought a hotpoint washing machine and wanted the same style as my old one. Staff were very helpful and sorted delivery and arranged for my old washing machine to be taken away. Very good service.”

“After recently purchasing a dishwasher from Genesis I can honestly say I have been so impressed with the excellent level of service I have received from them. They were very friendly, professional and helpful from start to finish. I could not fault the two gentlemen who came and fitted the dishwasher. They were so professional, friendly and respectful making the whole process stress free and easy for me. I would definitely purchase from this company again.”

“What a breath of fresh air to deal with this shop, the customers service was 10 out of ten. In the current world of non-existence of customer service in this country, it was great to be kept updated with my order. Some of the larger companies could learn a lot, and do the basics.”

“i was delighted with the Genesis ordering everything was dealt with quickly and i got my order in 3days exactly as i wanted. The only let down was the actual delivery by two of the most miserable delivery drivers from A O who could hardly speak English so i dont know if there was anything to tell me about my order. Having said that i will definitely order from Genesis again”

We do offer FREE national delivery and Expert logistics are one of our delivery companies, now and again our deliveries can be carried out in an AO van.
