“I got most of the details that I needed from your website and then spoke to a lady on the phone. She was an excellent communicator, "a voice with a smile". I ordered the cover and it all seems great. I have had an email confirmation and have got your app on my phone which looks to me to be the way that apps should be like. The overused word is probably "intuitive". All in all a great service.”

“Changed to you after many years with Autonational Rescue.cannot get through to them to renew policy!!!found you on website.like the idea of person cover rather than a particular vehicle.your price for two persons very reasonable.I only have an I-pad which cannot print docs.would have liked hard copy even if I had to pay extra for them.look forward to prompt service should we ever need to call you.thankyou.Simon & Avril Ellis.P.S.many thanks for your e-mail of 28 July.we look forward to the hard copy of schedule and wallet cards.Simon & Avril Ellis.”

“I wanted breakdown cover for myself driving any car, so Gem suited me fine. The price is competitive and Which says it is performs well. The website is easy to navigate and very clear and uncluttered. No need to agree to direct debit. I signed up quickly, no hassle.”
