Very good service, with regular phone calls to check on Progress of recovery. As it was a motorcycle had to wait nearly 2 hours until a specialist recovery was arranged, but understand that. Only reason for 4 stars.

Very helpful phone call. Recovery driver was really nice and very efficient. They were a little later than stated getting to me but with traffic that was to be expected. No complaints about the service received.

Disappointed that you were unable to re-establish my old account after a failed payment - I had been with you for many years!! However, I have just opened a new account which was fairly straightforward.

Good and clear However, when searching your company does not appear high on the lists which is a pity I had to search for old vehicles My car is 8 years old and motorbike 16 so not really so old

I have just taken out breakdown cover. The price and range of cover seems good. I did have one issue. When setting up online on the 31st of August, it would only allow the policy to start on the 2nd of September. This meant I had one day without cover. Maybe it's to stop people covering when they've already broken down. Anyway, all set up now.

Long time (back in the days of the Guild of Experienced Motorists) since I used the breakdown service, (thank goodness), however it was easy, trouble free and claiming was quick and simple.

Annoying that they give a discount for new members but loyal customers are penalised by paying over £16 more for their loyalty when renewing the annual policy.

Very sensibly priced and like the idea of me personally being covered for whatever vehicle I'm driving. Hope don't have to call on the service but it is a lovely peace of mind to have it as I have 4 cars and 7 motorbikes! If i do have a breakdown I hope the service is as good as Gem say it is - which I am sure it will be. I have only broken down twice in 58 years of motoring! Thank you Gem your service up to now has been spot on - thank you
