“Lots of good reviews helped me make the decision to try Gem after years with the so called big two, RAC/AA. Gem offered an excellent price and the joining process was very straigtforward and made even more so by being able to pay by PayPal.”

“I've been with GEM motoring Assist for a number of years now and on the few occasions that I have had to use the service as been easy and efficient, reporting the incident has been has been dealt with swiftly and with friendliness. Particular attention is given to lone woman and adults with children. The on the road crew from the locality that you find yourself in, are always friendly and professional. Lastly the claiming back monies paid out for the road assistance is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Very happy to remain with Gem. Thank you”

“I have only once needed assistance and that was a number of years ago, no amount of servicing or maintenance of the car could have helped me. It was due to a pothole taking out two tyres. Along with 6 other cars that night all rescue companies where involved but although we were the 5th car involved GEM arrived first I have never looked back and renew every year. Peace of mind :-)”

“Went to GEM website after seeing the Which recommendations. Very user friendly website. Able to enrol myself and my wife for a year with no trouble. Everything I needed cover for is included in the price. Good online motoring magazine is interesting reading. I should have looked for an alternative to the RAC years ago. Got the feeling I was being ripped off by them. Their last renewal quote was almost £270. GEM charged £110 for the same.”

“Quick and easy to sign up as a member of GEM Motoring Assist. Was a RAC member since 1972, that's 44 years, but still I am subbing new members!!! As with the RAC, who I only used a handful of times in all those years, I hope not to use GEM to often as I look after my cars and bikes, but you never know? From the feedback I have had about GEM they will be there if and when I need them. Thank you in advance.”
