“I been using G. E. M. as a customer for a number of years but fortunately not for an actual breakdown. The cover appears to be good value and any dealings with the organization the staff have been pleasant and efficient.”

“in the past all the insurers i was with, did not give an easy way of contact, we kept a piece of paper in the car with Telephone numbers and it some times got lost. I really think the cards with all the necessary details are absolutely BRILLIANT”

“I was told the recovery guy would be with me in 60-90 minutes. He turned up bang on the 90 minutes deadline! He was very friendly and helpful and got me on my way quickly.”

“Very good while I was with GEM - but as I haven't been with GEM for quite some time now, I find it rather odd that I'm being asked to write a review ........ doesn't exactl;y fill me brim full of confidence that GEM's admin is all that it should be!”

“Very happy with the service provided in terms of breakdown recovery . not so happy that gem would not match the internet price for NEW clients for existing ones. therefore i am no longer with GEM”

“I have been a member of the GEM Breakdown Service for a number of years, I have always found the service very good, Although on one occasion the breakdown operator told me I needed a new alternator but I went to my local garage they said that the readings obtained from the alternator were perfectly adequate.”
