“I've not had to use the service yet, but buying the cover was easy and I really like the idea of the app so I don't have to worry about how I will explain where I am if I do break down. This is peace of mind for a sales rep who travels to different places everyday.”

“PHONED GEM AND THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY HELP-FULL,EXPLAINED ME THE SITUATION,THAT MY GEM COVER HAD EXPIRED ON 09/02/2018,BUT LET ME GET THE INFOMATION,AND GET BACK TO ME,WITHIN FIVE MINUTES SHE DID GET TO ME WITH ALL THE INFO AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH IT.”
