“STAY AWAY these are a rip off please stay away from them pay extra if you need too. I've lost £370 in excess over 2 months.”

Hi K, If this was related to a claims query it may be worth contacting them to discuss this further as if you have paid your excess and the claim isnt your fault, you should be able to resolve this with them. Regards, Dylan
