“Absolutely love wise driving as my first insurance company, not needed to give one complaint, I paid up front instead of yearly and due to my perfect driving score I have already received money back in the space of 2 months. Easy to install and set up, quick to view your driving score on the website and lovely helpline staff to speak to when in doubt. Highly recommend”

“I received my telematics box in the post and fitted as instructed, awaited an activation text and received nothing - after looking up this company and seeing negative reviews, I started to panic a bit thinking I’d been scammed as the company policy stated if the box was not fitted within 2 weeks the policy would be cancelled and a cancellation charge would also be applied. I rang up and asked about my activation text, lady on the phone said they had confirmation my box had been installed but was very unhelpful and refused to send me an email confirming this so I still had no proof. However I am now 2 months into my policy, no issues so far and I have received a reduction on my monthly payments due to my driving score. Driving score is also easy to monitor online.”

“simply the worst experience I could possibly have with this insurance company, this is nothing, but a rip off, do not bother even looking at their website. it might be bit cheaper but from the start point (fitting black box) you get serious issues with them. do not try and waste your money. bought the policy, the company failed to instal the so-called black box, multiple calls and request to send somebody to install it, then received threatening emails everyday saying your policy will be cancelled as black box is not installed but when asking about when they can install no help was provided, finally Cancelled insurance due to black box issue but they charged the full fee, I complained to get the money back”

“Terrible company. Putting my insurance costs up. Changing my direct debit date in which caused me 2 late fees of £45 each. Due to being away they automatically renewed my insurance for a year without telling me adding a extra £70 on every month then won’t let me cancel due to being ‘in a payment cycle’. Anyone who’s thinking about getting insured by these, don’t! They are a joke put your money somewhere else even if it’s not extra because the cost doesn’t go down here.”

“I'd been told horror stories and read scarey reviews. I braved it and went with these. I'm not a new driver n went with the black box. My insurance cost went down in the second month. And was made up with how well my score was even tho on occasion I would go alittle above going down hills. 5star.”
