micro-management in a name of insurance and i pay for this too. wasn't informed of a blackbox when paying this insurance and now i have one to install or else i get cancelled. my driving is micro managed too and the rating system is very harsh. 0% score for driving between 11pm and 5am and now my score looks like trash and get a review every few weeks about my driving. I'm not a bad driver, always careful, never got a single speeding ticket because i drive well and never any issues with my pervious insurances. definitely will not be renewing with this Insurance.

Requires box installation to battery. Awful customer service to cancel insurance. Virtually impossible to talk to someone.

Would not recommend. Take money for the first year, then unable to cancel auto renewal online for 2nd year on website, do not answer phones and do not read emails. Sent email in advance of renewal date to inform not renewing. No response then still took money out of bank account on renewal date. Tried to contact them by phone and email to discuss and complain and yet again cannot get hold of anyone. Do not even answer claim line phone number so glad we did not need to claim whilst insured with them.

I’ve been trying to cancel my policy for 2 hours, I can’t get through the phone number, I can’t get through on the web chat and there isn’t an email address.

We inform all our customers before purchase, over the phone and online about this requirement. We monitor your driving which allows you to earn refunds every month for driving well or, additional premiums for poor driving can be added. Had a letter saying my insurance is being cancelled and error with communication my the black box. If wise driving would check their emails they would see i sent a few emails asking for the policy to be cancelled as the car has failed an mot. I did try calling but never got through.

Cheap but terrible communication! In 1 year they have never replied to any email, answered 1 call or replied on 1 live chat.

My black box stopped working. I sent proof that it was still installed in my car. WiseDriving cancelled my insurance due to their product not working.

I've had my passenger door window broken and I've tried to contact wise driving for help.Ive been with them for nearly 3yrs. I've never had any problems with them until now. I've been on the phone all Friday afternoon and today.I sent them a g.mail and got no reply.Ive never claimed from an insurance company before as luck would have it.Ive never had an accident. But I will be looking for another insurance company if I don't get any help from wisedriving.

There must be some mistakes in terms of calculating the overall driving score otherwise a new ridiculous mathematical theoratical approach must be invented by wisedriving !! FEBRUARY OVERALL DRIVING POINTS : 46, 51, 62, 57, 37, 47, 43, 49, 58, 44,44,47, 43, 43,43,39,51,54,47, 40,43,37,46,40,33,86 MARCH : 24,49,70,45,51,27,63,24,31,62,15,44,30,63,48,63,49,47,84,64,49,44 April : 33,40,38,39,60,77,85,54,53,91,40,38,49,84,84,65,59,39,36,75,39,44 May : 77, 45, 57, 46, 58, 46, 67, 46, 76, 84,49 Could you explain to me how come my overall driving score is still stand with 39?!! and why it is impossible to reach someone from your both telephone line and e-mail regarding this issue. I have sent e-mail like 20 times and no answer !!!!!

very bad insurance company, horrible customer services, the services they offer online doesn't work, you will wait up to 2 hours or more to speak to someone and they transfer to several people but none of them are helpful, avoid this insurance company if you want peace of mind.
