“I follow the gear and acceleration advice on the dashboard for my car yet it’s appearing poor on your dial. Not a happy customer. I realise things can go up and down but at the rate suggested it is ridiculous.”

“Horrendous company to deal with never again will I have any dealings with them.changed me 348.57 in fee even though I had emailed to cancel.phoned them up and was told I should of spoke to them to cancel even though in there terms and conditions it said to contact them which I did. It seems a lot of people have had the same rip off done to them. Leave well alone”

“Quick enough to take your money but when it comes to customer service this needs dealing with as this side of things is very poor. Took way over a month to respond to an email complaint which was back in April 2019, still awaiting this to be dealt with and we are now in June 2019. Don't appear to be bothered about their customer unlike other insurance companies.”

“The company do not get enough credit! The customer service team were brilliant with all my enquires throughout the year I had them. Even when cancelling they were kind and understanding. Was very affordable and kept things fair. Would highly recommend the company to any one in their first year of driving!”

“Dashboard is very good, except that there were some teething issues at the start with acceleration always showing as very poor, despite my being careful & the rest of my scores on braking, speed etc being good. I phoned & was told that this might that be because we live in a hilly area. That’s fine so long as it doesn’t lead to a higher premium despite being incorrect.”

“Emailed my proof of 1 year of no claims to you in the form of a forwarded email which my previous insurer sent to me when I requested proof. Was then informed it wasn’t received so I sent it again. Soon after I received a letter advising my monthly payments have doubled because the proof was not received. So I call you and am then informed the proof needs to be in the form of a pdf, which I was never told until then. Instead, the agent and I call my previous insurer and get the proof over the phone. Weeks later, I then receive another letter which showed my monthly price has still not gone down to its original. I call you, and the agent advised the previous agent I spoke too didn’t actually change no claims bonus on my account. So now I have to pay a £35 admin fee because you it has taken so long to get sorted? When there was no communication or feedback advising how the no claims should be sent, and then your agent messed up. Great, excellent service, thanks, amazing.”

“WiseDriving have been fantastic in providing an affordable and practical insurance, people complain about blackbox insurances but I’d you drive correctly and improve with the tips given from WiseDriving, your scores will reflect that. “First year was fine,then found a much cheaper quote.Emailed to cancel policy only to be sent a direct debit for the continuation of the policy.Phone them only to be told I should of rang them instead.MY FAMILY AND I WILL NEVER USE THESE AGAIN OR THERE FINANCE COMPANY.Very poor service and seems this is there way of taking more money from you.”
