“It’s a con Been driving normal no harsh braking no fast acceleration no speeding but still the black box shows I’m doing totally the apposite, So I think it’s a con all this black box so they can put the price up of your insurance”

“I really like that they review your driving and can lower the amount you pay each month. However, they need to sort the app out because it doesn’t let me log in”

“Wish I stayed clear of this company, was supposed to be easy to install the black box yourself but I had to take it to a mechanic to fit it for them to then send me an email saying it wasn’t fitted correctly and when I phoned, they wouldn’t send anyone out to help me fit it, I asked if I could get help over the phone and I got no help whatsoever and told to take it to a mechanic, so disappointed, terrible customer service”

“Run far away when you see this name. No comunication. I paid the whole amount for insurence. £900 They took another £80 from my bank acount, and set a direct debit. I called them 4 times, and every time they said that they gonna refund my money and they still didn't. No receipt given, no email, nothing. They just robbing people. I am going to court for that. This company shouldn't exist anymore!”
