Quick enough to take your money but when it comes to customer service this needs dealing with as this side of things is very poor. Took way over a month to respond to an email complaint which was back in April 2019, still awaiting this to be dealt with and we are now in June 2019. Don't appear to be bothered about their customer unlike other insurance companies.
