“Did not appreciate being told my outside steel structure was made of wood twice when I have provided numerous pictures of structure that clearly shows corrosion of steel, I also was not aware who Grove and Dean were when they emailed me saying thank you for your emails, I have never been in contact with them or Motor Vision, if these were sent on my behalf why was I not cc'ed into them?”

“A highly competitive price for a 'no bells and whistles' policy... insurance like it used to be.
My previous policy came up for renewal (with another provider) at a higher price than last year and a quick comparison search found a really excellent price, less than half my previous policy. “Bought car insurance which was a reasonable price and wanted to pay monthly for it suprised to find I was refused ,spoke to a representative on the phone explaining I wanted to pay monthly and he told me would have to pay all now which I did only to receive an email 2 days later giving me a break down for my DD payment.very confused but annoyed because I would have liked to pay monthly.”
