Shocking customer service & have been waiting 3 months for my settlement from this company since the claim date .... would not recommend this company at all ...

I phoned to speak to someone abt my car insurance renewal. Spoke to someone as to why my Car insurance has jumped up £300. Your colleague was so rude as to when she asked why this was the case and he responded because it has . So I asked if she could be put through to his Manager she has been waiting 20 mins on hold. Then spoke to the Manager said this happens so now I’ve cancelled insurance Not good Customer Service. Maybe it’s time for meto change my insurance . Not good at this present time with COVID-19

Set up in error. Pmt went through twice. Email Sunday 26/7 for refund. No reply as of 28/7 11.39am. Really poor service.

Hi Rebecca, Our dedicated admin team can take up to 48 hours to respond to customer's queries, and do not work on Sundays. If the payment has come through twice, we will automatically refund it to the card it was collected from. Due to banking processes this can take 3-5 working days. Absolutely rubbish customer service and insurance. Policy was cancelled via e-mail without clear reason and warning leaving my partner stranded . 3 calls and over an hour later I got nowhere. One of the people even put the phone down. Would also help if their contact centres were UK based and not in India.

Hi, Our head office is based in the UK. However, we do have a contact centre in South Africa. The reason for the policy cancellation would have been included within the email we sent confirming the cancellation. We also issue a 7-day notice of cancellation, prior to cancelling the policy. This notice stipulates the reason for the policy cancellation, and advises of anything we require from you to prevent the policy cancellation. Many Thanks, Kathryn.

Absalootly useless bring up an issue years old that I've never had a problem with and ask for proof of ownership of the vehicle? I've never had this before waste of time defiantly do NOT recommend..

Today car insurance company changes insurance price.My English is poor and I answered the questionn for the first time maybe I make mistake but deposit was raised twice as much as before.

The worst company I have ever had dealings with. Will let the price comparison site know about this for putting me in touch with such crooks as well as anybody who will listen. Look into my policy and read the details.

You get initial quote and once you purchase. Price go up and then renewal quote same as last year... even with ncb and when you query not willing to listen

Thieves I had a policy with £1680 for the year 2 years later and my renewal quote from Igo 4 was 1430 robbery.. While I went to a comparison site and this exact same company same policy same adress same car offered me a quote or £700 £730 cheaper than there apparent best offer for renewal. Extremely dodgy! Don’t let them rob you!!!!

Charged 128.00 for a cancelled policy. Debt collectors constantly harassing. 60.00 cancellation fee. 30.00 missed payment fee. Money grabbers.

You can find our fees under section 2 and 3 of our terms and conditions. We provide all of the information you need to make an informed decision based on your needs on whether this policy is right for you. Very very poor company. They cancelled my insurance due to them cancelling my prior insurance fo no reason. I paid 3 lots of initial payment and now im getting charged 3 cancellation fees on top of that. So no insurance for nearly £400. Stay well clear of them. The operator i spoke to on the phone was no use at all, very sarcastic and no pleasant.

Wouldn’t use again, we have changed providers at renewal date. Igo4 extended the insurance without asking us if we needed it. We did not ask or require this and now we are being charged for this. I have been asked twice to provide proof that we have insurance, which I have sent twice. We have now been referred to debt collection because I refused to pay for something I did not ask for or require. Disgusting behaviour not just at this time but at any time.

Charging extra charges in times like this is disgusting, im self employed and have no source of income with this lockdown going on and now i have more money troubles with these extra charges

Customer service is slow and did not understand my issue. I must have emailed my issue and spoken to them a number of times without them resolving it but instead they kept threatening to cancel my cover. They also would not accept my renewal letter from the previous insurance company insisting it did not show my NCB years. The whole thing was very frustrating.

AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I urge you. I’ve had so many issue with this company but the one that takes the absolute cake is when my insurance raise mid policy from £58 to £159 for a 2006 car with no email or letter indicating this was going to happen. It’s only by chance I called and I was made aware of this. So sneaky and doggy. Now I’ve been waiting almost three weeks and still can’t get an explanation they're now passing the blame to Close brothers saying I need to contact them. Cheap is not always better. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Insured my car 24th of April Paid for it. Then I found out my insurance started on the 27. Of April. I have contacted the company they said it’s Confused.com fault.
