I phoned to speak to someone abt my car insurance renewal. Spoke to someone as to why my Car insurance has jumped up £300. Your colleague was so rude as to when she asked why this was the case and he responded because it has . So I asked if she could be put through to his Manager she has been waiting 20 mins on hold. Then spoke to the Manager said this happens so now I’ve cancelled insurance Not good Customer Service. Maybe it’s time for meto change my insurance . Not good at this present time with COVID-19
